Alternate Vape CBD vape oil is a great tasting, all-natural vape oil for vaporizer pens. It is made with an MCT (fractionated coconut) oil base and contains no vegetable glycerin (VG) or propylene glycol (PG). This 15ml bottle contains 500mg CBD.
Plant terpenes flavor this CBD vape oil naturally. The Alternate Vape CBD vape oil comes in three distinct flavors: mint, citrus, and kush.
Use the dropper top to easily refill your favorite vaporizer tank. The tinted glass bottle protects the oil, which keeps the oil fresh and maintains the oil’s savory flavors.
This vape oil must be vaped with a low voltage pen (max voltage: 5V) to avoid burning the CBD.
Why Choose Alternate Vape CBD Oil?
Vaping is a popular method for getting CBD into your system quickly. It is easy, aromatic, and relaxing. You can take vape oil with you and use it throughout the day as needed.
The Alternate Vape CBD vape oil is made with all-natural ingredients. It is available in three rich flavors crafted entirely from plant terpenes. Alternate Vape CBD vape oil is made with an MCT oil base and does not include VG or PG.
There’s no one-size-fits-all recommendation for CBD, especially with the variations in puff sizes. We encourage you to experiment to find what works best for you.
Use in a low voltage vaporizer (max 5V). For most low-voltage vaporizers, it’s best to let it rest for a few seconds between puffs to avoid a burnt taste.
MCT (Fractionated Coconut) Oil, CBD, Terpenes
Please note that this CBD vape oil is made with an MCT oil base instead of VG/PG. It’s a healthier alternative that our customers have been asking for! However, some vaporizer models may not be compatible with MCT oil bases. Please check with the vaporizer’s manufacturer to ensure it has a voltage of 5V or lower.
What is Propylene Glycol (PG)?
Propylene glycol is a controversial chemical that is made from propylene, a petroleum-based substance. PG-free CBD brands typically avoid using propylene glycol by making the e-liquid out of different types of vegetable glycerin, but Alternate Vape e-juice opts for MCT oil and terpenes instead.
What Are the Dangers of Propylene Glycol in CBD Vape Juice?
PG binds to and coats tissues in the mouth and throat as you inhale. This specific additive adds little to conventional vape e-liquids aside from acting as a flavor carrier. When propylene glycol is mixed with PEG, or polyethylene glycol, exposure to these additives has the potential to cause cancer, especially when they are inhaled. Unfortunately, propylene glycol is commonly mixed with PEG in most disposable vape pens on the market today.
While most flavor additives have been approved as safe for ingesting, many of these flavor additives have not been tested for their safety as heated chemical compounds. For this reason alone, you should consider purchasing other quality bottles of vape juice that do not contain these compounds.
Keep in mind that most propylene glycol products that have been approved for use by the FDA have been approved as a preservative for items like canned goods, soft drinks, popcorn, and other mass-distributed items that are not meant for combustion or inhalation. The amount of propylene glycol in these items is not at a dangerous level for public concern.
Additionally, PEG, when heated to temperatures of 230 degrees Celsius or higher, decomposes into formaldehyde; vaping formaldehyde increases your risk of getting myeloid leukemia, or in some cases, nasopharyngeal cancer. There are very few studies that show what the effects of propylene glycol are on other parts of the human anatomy, such as gastrointestinal studies, musculoskeletal studies, renal studies, and several other organs or biological systems.
