Made By Hemp ships hemp-derived CBD products to 48 states and internationally to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Because hemp and CBD laws vary by state, we maintain an up-to-date shipping policy to ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to 48 states. Due to state-level restrictions on hemp-derived products, we are unable to ship to:
- Colorado: State law (SB23-271) restricts hemp-derived cannabinoid products to licensed marijuana dispensaries. Non-intoxicating CBD products are technically permitted, but shipping restrictions make compliant delivery uncertain.
- Idaho: State law requires CBD products to contain absolutely zero THC and be derived only from specific parts of the hemp plant. Because most CBD products (including full-spectrum formulations) contain trace amounts of THC, we cannot guarantee compliance with Idaho’s requirements.
We monitor state laws continuously. If your state has recently enacted new hemp or CBD legislation, please contact us at support@madebyhemp.com before placing an order so we can confirm availability.
States with Special Restrictions
Some states have enacted additional regulations that may affect product availability or require age verification:
- California: Hemp flower and inhalable products are restricted as of January 2026 (AB 8). Our non-inhalable products (oils, edibles, topicals) are not affected.
- North Carolina: House Bill 328 requires purchasers of hemp products to be 21 or older as of July 15, 2026.
- Ohio: Senate Bill 56 (December 2025) bans intoxicating hemp products. Our non-intoxicating CBD products remain compliant.
- Tennessee: Public Chapter 526 (House Bill 1376), effective January 1, 2026, prohibits direct-to-consumer shipping of hemp-derived cannabinoid products, a definition that covers products containing delta-9 THC (including full-spectrum) but expressly excludes cannabidiol itself. If you live in Tennessee, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what we can lawfully send you.
- Texas: Executive Order GA-56 (September 2025) and follow-on TABC and DSHS rules require purchasers to be 21 or older (effective January 21, 2026) and introduce retailer licensing requirements.

Federal Regulations Update
The federal definition of hemp is being updated with new rules taking effect November 12, 2026. These changes shift the THC standard from delta-9 only to “total THC” and introduce per-container THC limits. Made By Hemp is actively preparing for these changes to ensure our entire product lineup remains fully compliant. We will communicate any product or shipping updates to our customers as the deadline approaches. Read our full breakdown of the November 12 federal hemp changes.
