We take the quality of our products very seriously. Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be refunded, so please read the exceptions below.
Exceptions
- Orders containing a 10g tube of our pure oils, or 3 or more of the same product, are not eligible for a refund. We consider bulk orders to mean you have already tried and are comfortable with that product.
- On orders eligible for a refund, you may be required to return the product and must pay for the return shipping.
- Made By Hemp is not responsible for and will not issue refunds on international shipments that are lost or taken by customs.
