Back technique
The person you’re massaging should be lying face down with their head to one side. Standing or kneeling over the other person, add the CBD oil onto your hands and massage the back using long, fluid strokes.
Then start kneading the muscles, lifting and rubbing them with your fingers and the base of your hand. From the base of the back to the shoulders, spend about 30 seconds on each section of muscles.
For the lower back, roll your knuckles up and down on either side of the spine with your hand in a loose fist, avoiding the spine itself.
Head, neck, and shoulders
Squeezing and releasing as you go, use one hand and move up the neck. Then, with both hands, move our fingers in a circular motion starting at the base of the skull down to the tops of the shoulders.
Next, use your thumbs to massage the bottom of the skull. Give extra attention to the area where the head meets the neck. After, use your fingertips to slowly massage the entire head in small circles.
